RSLAF RECEIVES NEWLY PROCURED VEHICLES...........
NEWLY PROCURED TROOPS CARRYING VEHICLES (TCV)
In his continued effort to deliver on his promises set out for the RSLAF, upon assuming office, His Excellency the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) Brigadier (Retired) Julius Maada Bio, completed the delivery of 10 x light utility trucks and 8 x Troops Carrying Vehicles for the RSLAF.
These vehicles fleet were 100% sourced by the Government of Sierra Leone’s funds will enhance the RSLAF capability in carrying out its constitutional mandate, preserving the territorial integrity of Sierra Leone.
Over few months ago, the MoD/RSLAF received Engineer Plant and Machinery for the Engineer Regiment that will soon see the RSLAF contributing to national infrastructural development.
Capability enhancement is part of a series of programs aimed at raising the professional agility and posture of our nations’ defence.
